Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The “GrownUpCamps.com’s Heart of the Music Sweepstakes” ("Sweepstakes") begins at 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on November 19, 2008 and ends at 11:59pm EST on January 5, 2009 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sweepstakes is sponsored by NicheDirectories, LLC, 500 NE Spanish River Blvd., Suite 30, Boca Raton, FL  33431 (the "Sponsor"), who is solely responsible for all aspects of this Sweepstakes.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 47 contiguous United States and D.C. (void in Rhode Island), 18 years or older, as of the entry date.  Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its licensors and prize providers, and the affiliates of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

How to Enter: Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by logging on to Sponsor’s owned and operated web site located at www.grownupcamps.com/cadillacrecords and completing the online Sweepstakes entry form. All entries must be received by 11:59pm EST on January 5, 2009 to qualify for the Grand Prize. Only one entry per person or e-mail address is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to submit multiple entries.

Limitations of Liability: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice, and award the Grand Prize to the winner randomly selected from among all non-suspect eligible entries received as of or after (if applicable) the cancellation, termination, modification or suspension date. Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Grand Prize/Odds of Winning: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded: (i) one day intense workshop at Rock 'n Roll Fantasy Camp (the “Camp”) in Hollywood, California (date selected must be between April 29 and May 3, 2009); (ii) two (2) nights stay in one room (single occupancy) at the Magic Castle Hotel in Hollywood, California; (iii) one (1) round trip coach class airline ticket from a major airport closest to the winner’s residence to Los Angeles, California (unless the winner lives within 100 miles of the Camp, in which case no transportation will be provided from the winner’s residence to Hollywood, California).  Approximate retail value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $3,510.  Actual retail value of travel portion of Grand Prize depends on the city of departure, date and time of travel, and airfare fluctuations.  Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded. Camp must be attended on the selected date or that portion of the Grand Prize is forfeited. Grand Prize winner must give a minimum of 60 days advance notice of the date during the April 29 and May 3 session that Grand Prize winner wishes to attend the one day Camp portion of the Grand Prize.  Unless specified in these Official Rules, all costs associated with redeeming and/or using the Grand Prize (including but not limited to, ground transportation, taxes, trip and travel insurance and premiums, gratuities, incidental expenses, drinks, meals, telephone calls), are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers, including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. The Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash. No transfer, refund or substitution of Grand Prize is permitted, except that the Sponsor retains the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value for any reason. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Drawing and Notification: The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing conducted on or about  January 20, 2009 by an independent judging organization retained by Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Potential winner will be notified by email. Upon initial notification and verification of potential Grand Prize winner, confirmation will be sent to winner in writing via USPS mail, or other home delivery service of Sponsor’s choice.

Prize Conditions: The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of any prize.  The Grand Prize winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and return it within fourteen (14) days of written notification. If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, or if potential winner fails to return requisite document within the specified time period, or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such then such person shall be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.  The winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), solely for purposes of the Sweepstakes or its promotion, and for no other reason, in all forms of media, without notice or further compensation.

Terms & Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Each participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless each of the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, causes of action, proceedings, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, any reasonable outside attorneys’ costs) due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, misuse or inability to use the Grand Prize or any portion thereof, or participation or inability to participate in this Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes mechanics and/or implementation will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
